Joe Mixon's Sister and Boyfriend Indicted in Shooting that Injured Teen, NFL Star Avoids Charges.

Shalonda Mixon, the sister of Bengals player Joe Mixon, has been indicted for tampering with evidence and obstructing justice, while her boyfriend, Lamonte Brewer, has been indicted for felonious assault, tampering with evidence, and having weapons while under disability, in connection to a shooting outside Mixon's home that injured a 16-year-old. The victim was playing "Nerf wars" when real shots were fired, and he was hit in the foot. Shalonda and Brewer were seen leaving the scene in a car, and a firearm used in the shooting was found in the trunk. Joe Mixon was carrying a firearm but did not fire any shots.
