Jackson Mahomes' Bond Agreement Modified After Alleged Assault and Battery Incident.

Jackson Mahomes, brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, had his bond agreement modified by a judge in Johnson County, Kansas, allowing him to speak to three of four witnesses listed in his case of three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery. The judge warned the witnesses not to discuss the case with Mahomes. A redacted affidavit provided more details of the alleged assault, including that Mahomes grabbed the woman by the neck and kissed her against her will three times. Mahomes' preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 31.
