Henry Ruggs to plead guilty in fatal DUI crash.

Former Las Vegas Raiders player Henry Ruggs will plead guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, causing a fatal crash that killed a woman. The plea deal could send him to state prison for three to 10 years. Ruggs waived a preliminary hearing and will admit to the felony charge. He was driving at speeds up to 156 mph and had a blood-alcohol level of 0.16%. Other charges will be dismissed, including felony reckless driving, driving under the influence causing substantial injury to his girlfriend, and a misdemeanor gun charge. Ruggs' sentencing is scheduled for May 10.
