Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs is set to plead guilty to one count of felony DUI causing death and one count of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in connection with a November 2021 crash that killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog. Evidence obtained by investigators includes a $450 receipt from Topgolf for 20 drinks for three or four people in the hours before the crash. Ruggs' blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit, and he was driving at 156 mph. Under the plea deal, Ruggs will face 3-10 years in prison.
