Henry Ruggs III to plead guilty in fatal DUI crash.

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III will plead guilty to a felony count of DUI resulting in death and misdemeanor manslaughter for a 2021 high-speed crash that killed a woman. Ruggs was driving a Corvette at 156 mph, with twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system, when he crashed into the back of Tina Tintor's Toyota RAV4, killing her and her dog. He faces a sentence of three to 10 years in prison. The Raiders dropped Ruggs soon after the crash.
