Former Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III to plead guilty in fatal DUI crash.

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs will plead guilty to one count of DUI resulting in death and one count of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in a fatal car crash that killed 23-year-old Tina O. Tintor and her dog. Ruggs was driving drunk and reached speeds of 156 mph in Las Vegas in the early morning hours of Nov. 2, 2021, when his Corvette hit Tintor’s Toyota RAV4. Ruggs' blood alcohol level was 0.161 – more than twice the legal limit in the state of Nevada. He will reportedly serve three to 10 years in the Nevada state prison.
