Former NBA Player and Girlfriend Arrested for Murder and Kidnapping in Las Vegas

Former NBA player Chance Comanche and his girlfriend Sakari Harnden are facing charges of kidnapping, conspiracy to commit murder, and murder after the remains of Marayna Rodgers were found in a desert area near Las Vegas. Rodgers, a medical assistant from Washington state, had been visiting Las Vegas with friends when she went missing. Comanche was arrested in Sacramento, California, and is expected to be extradited to Nevada. The Stockton Kings, Comanche's G-League team, announced his release. Harnden also faces an unrelated theft charge. The motive for the crime remains unclear.
