Former G League Player Confesses to Strangling Woman in Las Vegas

Former NBA G League player, Chance Comanche, has allegedly admitted to strangling a woman, Marayna Rodgers, whose remains were found near Las Vegas. Comanche was taken into custody in Sacramento and described the murder to Las Vegas detectives. He is being held without bond and will face murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges. Comanche's former girlfriend, Sakari Harnden, is also facing charges in Rodgers' death. The plot involved Comanche posing as a customer, tying Rodgers' hands, and strangling her while Harnden assisted. Comanche had been playing for the Stockton Kings before his arrest.
