Former Bills Punter Matt Araiza Cleared of Alleged Gang Rape Involvement

Prosecutors in the gang rape case of former Bills punter Matt Araiza said that he was not present during the alleged incident, according to unsealed documents. Araiza and two of his former San Diego State teammates were accused of gang rape at a house party in San Diego in a civil suit last year. Prosecutors declined to press charges in December, saying there was not enough evidence for a conviction. The accuser's civil lawsuit remains active.
