Dennis Hernandez Re-Arrested for ESPN Brick-Throwing Charges
Dennis Hernandez, the older brother of the late New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez, has been ordered to be re-arrested after failing to appear in court on charges related to throwing a brick at the ESPN campus in Bristol, Connecticut. Hernandez, who was scheduled to enter a plea on a misdemeanor charge of breach of peace, did not show up for his court appearance. In March, he allegedly threw a bag containing a brick and a note over a fence onto the ESPN property. The note criticized the media's impact on family members and urged them to clean up their act. Hernandez's younger brother, Aaron Hernandez, was a former Patriots player who died by suicide in prison while serving a murder sentence.
