Dennis Hernandez, Aaron Hernandez's Brother, Arrested for Vandalizing ESPN Property

Dennis John Hernandez, the older brother of former NFL player Aaron Hernandez, was arrested for disorderly conduct and charged with second degree breach of peace after throwing a bag containing a brick and a note on ESPN's property. The note criticized media outlets and their impact on family members. ESPN shut down a portion of its campus for approximately 30 minutes. Hernandez was also charged with reckless driving and other motor vehicle charges in connection with events on March 8. Police said Hernandez was having a mental health problem and was taken to a hospital for an evaluation.
