UConn romp over St. John’s 72-40 sharpens Big East standings

Tarris Reed Jr. posted 20 points, 11 rebounds and six blocks as the Huskies built a 41-26 halftime lead and never looked back, snapping St. John’s 13-game win streak and improving to 26-3 (16-2 in the Big East).
