Zach Edey, the Canadian big man from Purdue, recorded impressive physical measurements at the NBA Combine, standing at nearly 7-4 with no shoes, a standing reach of just under 10 feet, and a wingspan of 7 feet and 10 and a half inches long. Despite his near 300 lbs, Edey was able to move at an encouraging pace in the 3/4 court sprint during his initial athletic testing. Edey's ability to set effective screens with his wide body and surprising agility could give him a boost in fitting in with a more NBA style offense that won't look to live in the post with the big man.
