Heavy rains and storms in metro Atlanta caused a shopping center on Elm Street to flood, with an overflowing creek spilling water across the parking lot and into businesses. Property manager Adam Blatt stated that despite efforts to prevent flooding, there's only so much they can do in the face of such extreme weather. Passersby stopped to take pictures of the flooded parking lot, with some noting that this wasn't the first time the area had flooded. Restoration crews were working to clear the water from the buildings and parking lot by Tuesday night.
