Tragic Death: Woman Falls 100 Feet to Her Death in Virginia Cave

A 38-year-old woman, identified as Autumn Nicole Draper, was found dead in a cave in southwestern Virginia after falling roughly 100 feet. The incident is under investigation, and it's unclear why Draper was inside the cave and how she fell.
