Texas judge bars renovations on flood-struck Camp Mystic, seals affected grounds

A Texas judge issued a temporary injunction preventing Camp Mystic from altering or remodeling the flood-affected structures along the Guadalupe River and ordered those grounds sealed, while allowing construction elsewhere, as the Stewards press a lawsuit to preserve evidence after their daughter Cecilia Steward died in the July flood.
