Honoring Pearl Harbor: 82 Years Later, We Remember the Infamous Attack

Pearl Harbor survivors, including 103-year-old Ira "Ike" Schab, returned to the attack site on the 82nd anniversary of the attack to honor the more than 2,300 servicemen killed. The aging pool of survivors has been rapidly shrinking, with only one crew member of the USS Arizona still living. The ceremony included a moment of silence, a flyover by F-22 jets, and speeches acknowledging the sacrifices and heroism of the survivors. The survivors emphasized the importance of remembering the attack and being prepared for future events.
