Driver arrested after U-Haul crashes into security barriers near White House.

A U-Haul truck crashed into security barriers near Lafayette Square across from the White House, and the driver, Sai Varshith Kandula, was arrested. The 19-year-old Missouri man apparently had a Nazi flag with him and made threatening statements aimed at President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Charges will be filed against him, including assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening harm to the president, vice president or family members. No injuries were reported, and the cause and manner of the crash remain under investigation.
