"Clearwater Plane Crash Victims Identified, Pilot Had Engine Trouble"

The three victims of a small plane crash into a mobile home in Clearwater, Florida, have been identified as pilot Jemin Patel, 54, and two individuals on the ground, Martha Parry, 86, and Mary Ellen Pender, 54. The crash resulted in a fire that damaged multiple homes in the Bayside Estates community. Patel had reported "some trouble" to air traffic controllers before the crash, and the FAA stated that he had reported an "engine failure."
