US Air Travel Chaos Continues with Thousands of Cancellations and Delays.

Flight delays and cancellations continue to plague airports across the US due to bad weather and equipment problems. Raleigh-Durham International Airport had 48 canceled flights and 64 delays by Monday afternoon. On Sunday, 8,000 flights were delayed and nearly 900 were canceled due to thunderstorms. Severe storms threaten 90 million people in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast, including major cities like Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.
