Carowinds' Timeline and Plan for Repairing Fury 325 Roller Coaster's Cracked Support Beam

Carowinds amusement park has shared its plans to repair the Fury 325 roller coaster after a crack was found in one of its support beams. The park will work with Bolliger & Mabillard Consulting Engineers Inc. (B&M) to remove and replace the column, followed by extensive testing and inspections. Additional safety measures, including drone cameras for inspections, will be implemented. Carowinds aims to reopen the ride once all testing and inspections are completed, prioritizing the safety of guests and associates.
