The company, Mid State Systems, and another trucking company, G.A. Wintzer & Son Co., were cited for various violations by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. The crash occurred when a Mid State Systems truck rear-ended a car, causing a chain-reaction collision involving a coach bus carrying high school students. The National Transportation Safety Board is currently investigating the incident, and no charges have been filed yet.
