"Fire and Derailment on BART Train Disrupts East Bay Service"

An eastbound Yellow Line BART train derailed and caught fire near Orinda Station, causing major delays on the Antioch Line. Passengers self-evacuated and were assisted by BART personnel. Two train cars were on fire, which were extinguished by Orinda fire crews. Service is suspended between Rockridge and Walnut Creek, and commuters are advised to find alternative transportation. No injuries have been reported, and the incident is under investigation.
