"Tragic Loss: Ohio Corrections Officer Fatally Injured in Training Exercise"

A corrections officer at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, Lt. Rodney Osborne, has tragically died after being shot during a training exercise at the corrections training academy. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident, which is believed to have been a tragic accident. Lt. Osborne, a beloved 13-year employee, was recently named employee of the year by his colleagues. Governor Mike DeWine has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Lt. Osborne's service.
