Tragic Death of Good Samaritan on Sweeten Creek Road

A Good Samaritan was killed while assisting a motorcyclist who had crashed on Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville, North Carolina. The driver stopped to help the stranded motorcyclist in the middle turn lane when they were struck and killed by a tow truck. The motorcyclist was checked by emergency personnel and is reportedly okay. The road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
