Fatal Wrong-Way Crash Kills Four on I-71 in Morrow County

Four people died in a tragic head-on collision on Interstate 71 in Morrow County, Ohio, after a wrong-way driver, identified as 32-year-old Larry Dotson, crashed into another vehicle. Dotson and his passenger, Marlee Middleton, as well as the two occupants of the other vehicle, were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle sustained serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident, and while it's unclear if alcohol and drugs were factors, Dotson had a history of reckless driving and drug-related charges.
