Fatal Collision on I-81 Claims Lives of RV and Truck Occupants

A crash on I-81 near Chambersburg involving an RV and a tractor trailer resulted in the deaths of five people, including a family of four and the driver of the tractor trailer. The crash occurred when the RV's front-left tire blew out, causing it to cross the median and collide head-on with the tractor trailer. Both northbound lanes were shut down but have since reopened with a lane restriction.
