Tragic Lightning Strike Claims Florida Teen's Life on Hunting Trip with Father

A 16-year-old girl in Florida was killed and her father injured when they were struck by lightning while hunting. The incident occurred in Palatka, Florida, when a lightning strike hit a nearby tree, which then struck the father and daughter. The father lost consciousness and when he woke up, he found his daughter not breathing. Despite efforts to save her, the teenager passed away. The two were described as having a close relationship and the girl was known for her love of Jesus.
