Tragedy at Pass-a-Grille Beach: Father and Daughter Drown in Water Rescue Attempt

A man and his 10-year-old daughter drowned after being swept offshore by a rip current at Pass-a-Grille Beach in Florida. The man's other daughter and her boyfriend managed to get out of the water, but when the boyfriend went back to rescue the father and daughter, they were already too far from the shore. The victims were taken to a hospital in critical condition but were later pronounced dead. The incident is not suspicious, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
