Tanker spill causes I-35W closure in Minneapolis.

A section of Interstate 35W in Minneapolis was closed after a tanker truck carrying 15,000 gallons of tack, a substance used as a binding agent for asphalt roads, rolled over and spilled its contents. The truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash, and it's unclear if the driver suffered any injuries. Southbound traffic on I-35W was being diverted onto Industrial Boulevard, and drivers are advised to find an alternate route while cleanup continues.
