Multiple Fires Cause Traffic Delays in Texas Cities

A crane caught fire on the Marsha Sharp Freeway in Lubbock, causing traffic delays and the closure of the intersection at Ave. Q. The eastbound lanes of the freeway between the Ave. L exit and I-27 exit ramp are also closed. No injuries were reported in the crane fire, but two people suffered moderate injuries in a separate crash involving two vehicles that fell from the freeway. Emergency crews are responding to the incident.
