"Interstate 676 Westbound Partially Shut Down by Public Demonstration in Center City, Philadelphia"

A large demonstration by the Party of Socialism and Liberation temporarily shut down parts of Interstate 676 westbound in Center City, leading to dozens of arrests. Roughly 350 members rushed onto the highway, blocking traffic for about two hours before most peacefully left to walk through Center City.
