Fatal Westwood Crash: Driver's Identity Revealed by Coroner

The driver killed in a two-vehicle crash in Westwood, Cincinnati has been identified as Ashlee Bailey, 32. The crash occurred when a minivan crossed the center line and collided with a sedan. Bailey, the driver of the sedan, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries but later died. The driver of the minivan and passengers in both vehicles were also hospitalized with serious injuries.
