Debris Cleared, Delays Resolved on NB I-5 near Grapevine

A semi-truck hauling metal pipes crashed and lost its load on northbound lanes of I-5 south of Bakersfield, causing a traffic backup of nearly 30 miles. The truck spilled thousands of one-inch metal pipes onto the road, and cleanup crews are on the scene. No injuries have been reported.
