A bomb threat forced the evacuation of Shaaray Torah Synagogue in Canton, Ohio, less than a week after a 13-year-old boy was put on probation for plotting a mass shooting at a nearby synagogue. An unknown suspect emailed Temple Israel, claiming explosives had been planted inside the synagogue. The building was evacuated and searched, but no explosives were found.
