Yankton Apartment Building Evacuated for Safety Reasons

An apartment building in Yankton, South Dakota has been evacuated as a precaution after some masonry fell off the side of the building. The building's owner decided to evacuate the apartments temporarily until a structural engineer can assess the building. The Red Cross and Salvation Army are assisting those who may not have a place to stay.
