Multiple Shark Attacks Reported off Hawaii's Big Island

A 60-year-old man was attacked by a shark while swimming in Hawaii's Anaehoomalu Bay, but was able to swim to a nearby catamaran for help. Crew members helped control his bleeding until rescuers arrived and transported him to a hospital with bites to his left hand and back of his leg. The man's current condition is unknown, and authorities do not know the size or species of the shark involved in the attack. Anaehoomalu Bay is a popular spot for recreational activities like snorkeling.
