Multiple Schools in Capital Region Affected by Bomb Threats

Ballston Spa Central School District's high school and middle schools were under a shelter-in-place due to a threat made on social media claiming there would be an active shooter at the high school. All elementary schools in the district will be closed for law enforcement to investigate the threat. The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit will be sweeping all classrooms, and the safety of the schools is paramount.
