Shelter-in-place alerts in Colorado Springs neighborhood lifted

A shelter-in-place alert was issued for a neighborhood in Colorado Springs due to police activity related to a wanted person search. Residents were asked to stay indoors, lock their doors and windows, and avoid the immediate area until further notice. The alert was lifted at about 3 p.m. and more information about the suspect is being sought.
