Jewish and Pro-Palestinian Protests Paralyze Los Angeles Freeway

Jewish protesters from the If Not Now organization blocked traffic on the 110 Freeway in Los Angeles during rush hour, demanding a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and an end to U.S. support for Israel's military operations. The protesters, wearing black shirts reading "Not in Our Name," held up placards calling for Israel to halt its actions in Gaza. Some motorists engaged in altercations with the protesters before police intervened, and around 75 protesters were detained when the California Highway Patrol cleared the highway. The Israeli military campaign in Gaza has sparked protests globally.
