West Virginia School Principal Startled by Dumpster Bear Video

A principal at a West Virginia elementary school was startled when a black bear jumped out of the dumpster he was unlocking. The incident was caught on video and shared on social media by the school. The bear had been able to get into the dumpster despite a lock being installed the previous week. The West Virginia Department of Natural Resources has since made modifications to the lock.
