Police Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick expressed concerns about the deplorable conditions, prompting plans to temporarily relocate the headquarters to a downtown office building for the next decade. The move comes as the city grapples with deteriorating criminal justice agency buildings, with the police evidence room also facing issues with possums and mold.
