An Oregon man threw thousands of dollars in cash out of his car window on a busy interstate, claiming he wanted to "bless others with gifts of money." The police found the responsible party, Colin Davis McCarthy, and asked him to stop throwing the money out of his car window as it was causing a significant traffic hazard. McCarthy claimed to have dispersed roughly $200,000 during the incident, but his family members claimed he emptied their shared bank account. No criminal charges are being considered.
