San Francisco Radio Host Jeffrey Vandergrift Found Dead

Jeffrey 'JV' Vandergrift, a popular radio DJ for Wild 94.9, was found dead near Pier 39 in San Francisco. The cause of death has not been confirmed, but police have ruled out foul play. Vandergrift had been missing since February 23, and his wife had previously stated that she believed he would not be returning. Vandergrift had been suffering from pain and fatigue for the past two years and had been diagnosed with depression and Lyme disease.
