"Last Survivor of USS Arizona Attack at Pearl Harbor Dies at 102"

Lou Conter, the last living survivor of the USS Arizona battleship that sank during the Pearl Harbor attack, has passed away at the age of 102. He witnessed the 1941 attack and went on to serve in the Navy, flying combat missions in the Pacific. Conter's autobiography recounts his experiences and his later role as the Navy's first SERE officer. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. With his passing, there are now 19 survivors of the Pearl Harbor attack still living.
