Flash Floods in Las Vegas Canals: 1 Rescued, 2 Missing

One man has been rescued and two others are missing after heavy rain caused them to be washed away in Las Vegas valley canals. The fire department and police are conducting rescue efforts to locate the missing individuals. Thunderstorms, accompanied by strong winds and lightning, prompted flood advisories in the area. Residents are advised to avoid flooded roads and channels.
