ODU ROTC Cadets Stop Campus Shooter, 1 Dead and 2 Wounded

ROTC students at Old Dominion University subdued a former Army National Guard member who opened fire in a business-school classroom, leaving one person dead and two wounded; the shooter, Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, died after being subdued. Jalloh had previously pleaded guilty to aiding the Islamic State and was on supervised release. The FBI is investigating the attack as terrorism, the campus canceled classes, and the slain ROTC member was Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, the son-in-law of a Voorhees trustee.
