"Police Seek Public's Help in Finding Missing Autistic Teen Girl Last Seen in Watchung Reservation"

A missing 14-year-old girl with autism, Sophia Hetrick, who was last seen in Watchung Reservation, has been found by the Union County Police Department. She is currently undergoing a physical evaluation and will be reunited with her caregiver. Multiple public safety agencies, including the New Jersey State Police, were involved in the search. The community was urged to check sheds and open garage areas as Sophia is known to hide during past events. A helicopter with night vision equipment was deployed to assist in locating her.
