Peoria police are seeking public assistance in locating 15-year-old Nicole M.A.T. McKinney, an endangered runaway who was last seen on September 10th. She is described as a Black girl, approximately 5'3-5'4" tall, weighing around 137 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair in two French braids. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with purple butterflies, dark gray pants, and white/black/peach sneakers, carrying a black backpack with "Jordan" in white letters and a red jump man logo.
