Authorities Launch Search for Missing 10-Year-Old Girl from Troy

The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services has provided an update on the case of Elizabeth Rosa, a 10-year-old girl reported missing from Troy. Police believe she may be with her non-custodial mother, Kristin Lagace. Lagace is described as 5'8" and 191 lbs, while Rosa is 5'2" and approximately 100 lbs. She was last seen getting into an unknown car on 7th Avenue in Troy and may be traveling to New York City or Long Island. Anyone with information is urged to contact Troy Police or call 911.
